Their London-based B2B arm combines journalism and creativity to deliver best-in-class through-the-line content and creative for brands including Google, FedEx to HP. Over the past 12 months their output has ranged from launching 360 brand campaigns (including a TV ad) to creating always-on editorial hubs and expert-led podcasts, webinars and reports. They now have ambitious plans for growth.
About the role:
- Drive growth and build relationships with a breath of clients across some of the world’s largest B2B brands and oversee exciting creative campaigns.
- Be a key leader in the growth of the hub developing and executing a business plan alongside the Business Director, Global Creative director and Planning director.
- Be ‘the client’; challenge creative & strategic RTBs in-line with the client brief and the account’s business plan.
- Help win and be a key part of the pitch process to getting new business leads, follow-up leads from agency and client meetings
- Ability to present (Teams/Zoom/Google Hangout and face-to-face) to senior clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with other agency partners (ATL, Media, Digital, Strategic).
- Demonstrate strategic/creative judgement and understanding at all stages to forward plan, identify potential problems and flag opportunities.
- Be fully versed on all financial– related facets of the accounts – budgeting and monthly forecasting etc
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding Redwood financial targets
- Follow and champion the agency’s strategic, creative and commercial processes, as well as support and develop project delivery ways of working.
- Proactively share knowledge and experience across the agency.
About You
The role will suit an experienced Account Director who is ready for the next step, ideally bringing direct experience from within the creative content industry.
You'll be responsible for managing the full end to end project process, with client facing responsibility at delivery. Although day to day work will be autonomous and self-driven, there will be senior account and creative direction support for the role, with the significant decisions being taken under this direction and worked through as a team.
Reporting to the Business Director, this busy role requires a creative and holistic approach to project management. They are looking for confidence, excellent communication skills, a detail orientated approach, and a commitment to supporting their creative output through high quality customer experience and project delivery standards.
The role requires the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with in-house creative (editorial, design, film etc.) and external creative suppliers and contributors.
You will need to demonstrate previous experience supporting the delivery of both editorial content and campaign assets (print, digital, social and film), and be solutions focused in the face of project pivots and global client stakeholder requests.

- Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring high quality work is delivered on time and within budget, working with Creatives, Producers and Account Management to achieve this (and newly suggested/developed) processes
- Ability to independently trouble shoot on day-to-day account issues such as resourcing and client challenges (including knowing when it is necessary to keep senior team informed/to escalate).
- Happy to share knowledge and experience with other members of the team
Your Profile
- Track record for driving business growth and building strong client relationships
- Previous experience of working in a content or publishing environment advantageous
- Used to working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Confident in leading client-facing communications and managing stakeholder expectations
- Able to manage multiple project streams at once and across different cross-functional project teams and stakeholders
- Able to priorities effectively and remain composed under pressure
- Able to understand complex project requirements and relay (technical) information to the team and client stakeholders
- Can demonstrate keen attention to detail alongside excellent presentation and communication skills and good understanding of commercial requirements and project budgets
