The Role
They are looking for an Account Manager to join their Partnerships team and help manage and grow an entertainment client’s Twitch channel.
You'll have 3 years minimum Account Management experience with a digital marketing agency and be driven, motivated and passionate with proven experience across the social landscape, more specifically live streaming channels. The position sits within the Partnership teams and has a KPI and data-driven strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily point of contact for client and key stakeholders, striving to deliver world-class account management.
- Extensive knowledge of social and live streaming platforms: has deep knowledge of digital trends and the technology landscape.
- Campaign/stream management and delivery for entertainment Twitch channel.
- Key project coordinator between client, internal and suppliers/partners.
- Produce weekly insightful reports and performance presentations, turning data into learnings.
- Social channel performance analysis with a data-driven approach.
- Budget tracking and reporting, finding cost efficiencies with a commercial mindset.
- Creative ideation support and help brief interrogation, leading presentation/pitch decks workflow.
- Manage design briefings with D&D team, ensuring high quality.
- Oversee talent social deliverables.
- Escalate issues, managing the Risk log.
- Detail oriented, process driven project management skills
- Drive digital platform research, making recommendations on channel creative, formats and content.
- Daily point of contact for other agencies, collaborating where necessary.
