This leading Creative agency is looking for an Art Director to join their largest account.
This is, for the right person, the role of a lifetime – working above, below and through the line on consumer and B2B workstreams that include:
- Integrated through-the line campaigns – feat. film, social, OOH, print and more
- Creative strategy – developing and owning RTBs for exciting business challenges
- Brand positioning projects (predominantly B2B)
- Long-form films, including docu-style, shooting IRL and remotely in the UK and US
- (Anything else you can think of, to be honest – podcasts, virtual events, long-form articles, data visualization, social…)
This is a fast-growth account that has quickly scaled globally in the last few years.
It operates at the pace of a start-up, and as such it’s a role for someone who is looking for an exciting creative challenge, where no two days are the same, and the possibilities are limitless.
Your experience and portfolio must demonstrate your ability to not only art direct, but craft design solutions for everything from ATL campaigns to social posts, to sellers decks – from initial RTB through to execution. - Design craft – understanding and meeting creative briefs through thoughtful and engaging creative responses that meet the design vision for the projects worked on.
- Has a nose for design trends. Whether it’s digging out references, or sending links to the latest Instagram account to follow, someone who has their finger on the pulse of design.
- Agile work balance – We are a mix of creatives, writers, and designers and want someone who is happy to mix it up and try new things, willing to learn/adapt in the process.
- Core skills – Adobe CC suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) but an added bonus with knowledge using Figma, Sketch and Invision (or just happy to learn additional software)
- Film – A basic understanding of video formats, what works in film graphically and cinematically, in everything from case studies to docs to virtual events
- Animation – Mid-level understanding of After Effects for simple 2D animations/social/film (bonus if you have blender/C4D skills but not essential)
- Print design – We still do it, believe it or not. We would love you to have some understanding of print and strong skills in InDesign.
- Collaborative working – the agency is a global team, they work closely with their UK, US, and Oceania teams, so flexibility is a must for this role.
- Is innately client-facing – the ability to pitch, justify creative ideas, and defend work.
