Brand Manager - Specialist Global planning, insights, growth & people unit - Global Advertising Network. - London

The focus of this role is to manage multiple forms of content and multiple projects simultaneously.

There is also a requirement for admin support to the team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with the biggest and best platform partners within a small team that celebrates difference and prioritises being kind.

Specific Tasks, Responsibilities and Skills:

Brand & Project Management:

  • Manage the development, timing, admin, and rollout of their key projects. Ensuring a meticulous workflow, reporting, and tracking system.
  • Manage an overall workflow schematic for all projects.
  • Understanding and navigating technical workflow systems. Ability to advise and implement possible systems (or a great interest in learning these skills).
  • Has the ability to forward plan, anticipate problems, and adapt across workstreams.
  • Ensure a collaborative working approach; ability to manage expectations and set clear objectives for creatives and production partners in a ‘live’ working environment.
  • Create and update weekly status and reporting. Manage distribution of wider team status reports.
  • Support with New Business reporting as needed.

Content Management:

  • They produce content across multiple touchpoints and with multiple partners. The management, development, and delivery of this content is the priority in this role.  
  • Ability to contribute to each piece of content with research, ideas, edits, and opinion.
  • To plan the distribution of individual pieces of content to ensure they are timely, relevant, and useful.
  • To have a long-term content plan that is flexible enough to react in the short term.
  • To consider how to amplify our content across channels and “connect the dots.”
  • To monitor how the content is performing across channels and report results.
  • To manage content brainstorms and plans.
  • To assign team tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
