This role will primarily focus on work within a global technology brand’s marketing team, shaping how the brand engages with key customer audiences. Projects span from global campaigns and executive messaging platforms to thought leadership content and social-first activations, covering the full marketing funnel.
The agency is seeking a Content Director with a proven track record in leading and delivering high-quality B2B content for global brands.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance strategic thinking with executional delivery—equally comfortable defining overarching narratives and writing messaging frameworks or building content treatments.
You’ll guide cross-functional teams and develop content ecosystems that span hero films, editorial, digital platforms, events, and sales enablement materials. A background in editorial or journalism, combined with a strong creative sensibility and a deep understanding of advertising and marketing, is key.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of integrated content programs across channels and formats
* Own content and creative from strategy through to delivery, ensuring high-quality output across BTL, TTL, and digital activations
* Collaborate with strategy, design, copy, and production teams to develop concepts rooted in business objectives
* Shape brand narratives, messaging frameworks, treatments, and event content
* Oversee project teams while remaining hands-on with writing, editing, and idea development
* Engage directly with senior clients and stakeholders, presenting work and guiding feedback
* Ensure content resonates across diverse audiences, including C-suite and technical decision-makers
Your Profile:
* 5+ years’ experience in senior content, editorial, or creative roles
* A strong portfolio that includes omnichannel B2B work for global brands
* Editorial background with the ability to translate complex subjects (e.g. AI, privacy, cloud) into clear, engaging content
* Experience building full content ecosystems—from flagship campaigns to thought leadership and social
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across disciplines in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and creative rigour, with a passion for high-quality storytelling
* Experience producing content for sales enablement, events, and executive audiences
* Bonus: background in marketing or agency-side roles within the tech or B2B space
Additional Skills & Desirables
* Confident concepting and collaborating with designers to ensure creative is strategically sharp and visually impactful
* Experience across long- and short-form content, including decks, articles, scripts, and social media
* Ability to shape narratives for film—storyboarding, interviewing, and post-production input
* A proactive mindset and a desire to innovate content formats and storytelling approaches
Must be London-based and available to work from the office three days per week.
