This leading global creative agency needs an experienced Project Manager to work across two of the agency's most significant accounts. They're looking for candidates with agency experience managing global clients and multi-channel campaigns.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where the successful candidate will manage complex, multi-channel projects from beginning to end. The agency needs someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and stays composed when deadlines approach and priorities shift.
Responsibilities:
- Matching the right creative talent to each project - new multi-faceted brief with cross-discipline teams.
- Running timings, INT & EXT meetings, and resource bookings.
- Managing reviews - making notes & ensuring teams are clear on next steps
- Print, social & deck brief
- Running timings, INT & EXT meetings, resource bookings
- Coordinate with printers - test prints and share artworks.
- Managing projects across formats + general diary, resource & timing management
- Building client relationships and maintaining regular communication
- Creating reliable project plans with clear milestones
- Working with client services on accurate SOWs and estimates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creative agencies managing multi-channel projects
- Proficiency with G-Suite tools
- B2B project experience is a plus but not essential.
