A leading global creative agency—renowned for setting the standard in content marketing—is seeking an Account Director or Senior Account Director to join its growing client services team. The agency is trusted by some of the world’s most recognisable brands and is proud to work with a strong portfolio of long-standing, organically grown clients.
This is a key opportunity for an experienced operator to take ownership of flagship accounts and contribute to meaningful, multi-channel work that drives measurable impact.
This role will sit at the heart of major projects, delivering integrated campaigns across a mix of B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking full ownership of complex workstreams, building client trust, and identifying smart ways to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership:
- Acts as the primary contact for day-to-day client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Leads the end-to-end process across campaigns—including briefing, scoping, costing, resourcing, and final delivery.
- Works independently on certain accounts while collaborating within larger teams for broader projects.
- Maintains regular client communication through face-to-face meetings, video calls, and clear reporting.
- Identifies and supports the conversion of organic growth and new business opportunities.
Team & Project Delivery:
- Collaborates with Project Managers, Account Managers, and in-house creative teams to deliver best-in-class work.
- Ensures clarity of briefs and alignment across team members and departments.
- Manages project timelines and resources, allocating tasks to match skill sets and capacity.
- Supports the wider project management team with insights into project scope, financials, and deliverables.
Commercial Oversight:
- Develops accurate quotes and manages budgets from initiation through reconciliation.
- Owns forecasting responsibilities across key projects.
- Ensures profitability and identifies efficiencies across workstreams.
- Liaises with Finance and Commercial teams to manage billing, invoicing, and reporting.
Your Profile:
- Brings proven experience managing global B2B and B2C accounts.
- Demonstrates confidence in running integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Highly proficient in managing project finances and delivering to budget.
- Shows excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Communicates effectively with both internal teams and senior-level clients.
- Leads with a collaborative mindset and has a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.
