Role Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance Snr Art Director with strong design conceptualisation skills to work on B2B projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for projects that cover expanding brand range of concepts and designs for a broad range of projects across digital, email, print, social, sales collateral and video. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Role Requirements
- Lead the development of creative work across a range of projects and clients, with guidance from the ECD and AD.
- Take a hands-on approach, demonstrating exceptional execution skills
- Create and deliver original, compelling, and conceptually strong design work across social campaigns, brand identities, and digital products.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, copywriters, motion designers and strategists to generate clear ideas and concepts.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a senior creative role, preferably within a marketing, advertising or branding agency or similar environment. Preference would be given to candidates who have had experience in more than one disciplinary agency.
- Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Cloud, (Indesign, illustrator, Photoshop. After Effects and Figma a bonus but not essential) presentation tools (Google Docs, Powerpoint).
- Create and deliver original, compelling, and conceptually strong work across campaigns, brand identities, and digital products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative campaigns and projects.
- Proven experience in leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and team members effectively.
