This is likely to be the U.K. satellite of a new global social initiative backed with proprietary tech and US scale and will be positioned to service their portfolio of clients.
We are looking for someone with deep social experience and a start-up mindset to lead and build this division, reporting into the CEO in London but also working closely with peers in the US.
Contacts at all the major social platforms is a must as is experience of influencer management and a deep network of creator and social creative talent.
The ideal candidate may come from a pure play social background or have worked for a social platform or both. Success in this role will largely depend on decoding the algorithms that determine trending topics and running teams of creators who can respond in real-time - this is therefore not just about proven experience crafting beautiful paid social campaigns.
