They're looking for a creatively ambitious mid-weight with strong social, copy and content credentials. Someone who understands modern brand storytelling and has built their experience within content-led, integrated environments rather than traditional advertising agencies alone.
This is a hands-on role for a creative who can generate strong ideas, shape compelling narratives and communicate them with clarity. Whether your background is copywriting, content creation or integrated creative, you'll have a portfolio that demonstrates ideas across channels - from social concepts and scripts through to broader campaign thinking.
The Role

What You'll Be Doing
• Developing creative ideas and content concepts across multiple accounts.
• Creating work spanning social, digital, film and integrated campaign activity.
• Contributing to creative development from brief through to execution.
• Writing and refining scripts, presentations, headlines, social concepts and creative narratives.
• Partnering with Strategy and Account teams to develop insight-led creative solutions.
• Maintaining high standards of creative craft throughout the process.
• Bringing a strong understanding of social-first creative and contemporary content culture.
• Developing ideas that work across channels and platforms, not just within a single format.
• Staying plugged into emerging trends, behaviours and opportunities that inspire stronger creative work.
• Helping shape content approaches that balance audience relevance with brand objectives.
• Working closely with creatives, strategists, producers and account teams.
• Presenting ideas and creative thinking internally and, where appropriate, to clients.
• Responding positively to feedback and iterating work effectively.
• Contributing to a collaborative, ambitious and low-ego creative culture.
What You'll Bring
• Experience working in a creative, social, content or integrated agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating ideas across multiple channels and formats.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• A genuine understanding of social media, content and modern brand communications.
• The ability to think conceptually while contributing to executional detail.
• Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A curious, collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with healthcare, technology or lifestyle brands is advantageous, but not essential.
