This specialist (part of one of the biggest advertising global networks) in Global planning, insights, growth, and people is looking for a Planning & Content Director to report into the Managing Director.
This role is uniquely designed to impact the financial growth of their global agencies, elevate the value of the conversations they have with their clients, and improve the perception of the global brand.
Specific Tasks & Responsibilities:
Content & Planning:
- To develop, write, and publish thought leadership content designed to fuel and facilitate upstream business conversations with clients and prospects.
- To support the Head of Planning with requests from the global network and clients:
- To advise agencies during the development of their key strategic recommendations for clients.
- To develop a strategic response, including creative brief development.
- To generate best in class thinking and strategic recommendations paying particular attention to content and design.
- Present and promote this specialist unit/brand and its products, to agencies and clients and facilitate relationships with key agency stakeholders across the network (in particular in their key category verticals).
- Present and promote specific unit/brand thought leadership and strategic recommendations to agencies and clients both virtually and occasionally in-market.
- To support the Managing Director in providing guidance and support to team members, including workflow and deadline support, quality control, and narrative advice, in order to elevate the quality of our thinking.
- Prepare and deliver team appraisals and feedback.
- Utilise/inform on the whole advertising network tools and on network best practise as necessary.
- Ongoing evaluation of existing and potential research partners in your key categories. Proactive relationship management of existing suppliers.
