The Producer is fundamental in delivering world-class content.

Responsibilities:
- Full management of project budgets, including creating estimates and negotiating with suppliers
- On sign off, taking full ownership of pre-production, shoot production and any post-production/delivery and wrap up of projects
- Lead on all comms with production partners
- Production client comms
- Client facing for Weekly client calls
- Ideation support and building out pitch decks
- Creating and distributing briefs to all creative and production partners (eg. Design Team, Scripting, Production Design Team, Live Stream team etc).
- Creating and sharing bespoke Run of Shows for each format
- Creating and owning the pre-shoot and shoot schedule for each format - liaising with tech, talent and creative teams to align on timings
- Updating production/creative sections in client-facing decks
