This leading Social and content Agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its ever-growing and flagship Global Tech team.
Over the last 5 years they’ve built a strong, nurtured relationship with this tech client which has led to exceptional growth in their remit. As of today, they are their retained social agency, plus they develop everything from ATL campaigns through to programmes and events. And they do it across Global, EMEA and US territories.
They're now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their US team, one of their biggest and most interesting.
You will be experienced working at pace with global clients and comfortable balancing multiple campaigns/projects with minimal oversight.
The ideal candidate will thrive in leading medium-sized, multi-channel projects from initial briefing through to delivery.
The candidate must have experience working with global brands and be experienced in managing internal teams and owning client relationships on projects.
A candidate who embraces process, has a solutions-based mindset, is enthusiastic, and can excel under pressure is a must.
The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the wider Account Management, Content, Design and Strategy departments to deliver inspiring work across multiple formats on time and within budget, to the appropriate audience.
Key responsibilities:
● Delivering often complex, omni-channel projects with multiple deliverables, from event collateral to social films
● Developing strong, trusting client relationships quickly and managing them daily
● Creating and governing accurate project plans with clearly defined milestones, deliverables and tasks
● Supporting with the resourcing against each project
● Experienced in producing SOWs and estimates and managing budgets during project timelines
Qualifications and experience:
● Experience working collaboratively in a creative environment, delivering omni-channel projects on schedule and within budget
● Practical and proficient understanding of G-Suite tools is a must
● Experience delivering projects to a B2B audience is advantageous Skills and knowledge
● Ability to interrogate and articulate complex briefs; assessing risks and determining dependencies to both and internal and external stakeholders
● Knowledge and experience implementing project management methodologies and processes
● Experience managing client relationships to a mid-senior level
● Monitoring and interpreting detailed project plans, status trackers and media plans
● Experience setting up and tracking project deliverables whilst mitigating and trouble-shooting risks
● Tracking and reporting in-flight project health to both clients and creative teams, whilst controlling and troubleshooting potential project risks
● Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written or visual form to a variety of audiences, from the internal team to top-tier client stakeholders.
