- Possessing a deep understanding or keen interest in B2B advertising and marketing audiences, which will be the primary focus of this role.
- Leading and inspiring teams, advocating for their work, and actively participating in the creative process from inception to execution.

- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, embracing tight deadlines, and thriving on the challenges presented by demanding briefs.
