Reporting into Art Director
This agency exists to create better content. The London-based B2B arm combines journalism and creativity to win hearts and minds for brands like Google, FedEx, Waze and HP. They do this by taking a truly integrated approach to creating B2B content audiences actually want to see. Over the past 12 months the work has ranged from 360° brand campaigns (including a TV ad) through to always-on editorial hubs, podcast series, explainer films and social campaigns. Now they’re searching for a talented senior designer with the vision and ambition to help them grow.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile senior designer looking for the chance to do varied creative work above, below and through-the-line for leading global brands. Overseen by the Art Director and working within the Design team, you’ll bring creative to life across a breadth of touchpoints (social, digital banners, emails, OOH, and more). You’ll respond to briefs with original visual concepts, treatments and design solutions – and then lead the creative development refining look and feel, and actioning client feedback in rounds of amends up to the point of delivery. You will also collaborate with the editorial team to propose bold creative campaign ideas and produce exciting pitch-winning creative.
Required skills, knowledge, and experience
- You will have worked a minimum of 5 years in an agency or in-house environment (but we’re open to hearing from a range of backgrounds and experiences)
- You have an expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite both online and offline, as well as proven experience in motion (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, knowledge of Premiere is advantageous)
- Comfortable in art directing photography, animation and moving image.
- Experience of designing emails and landing pages (Adobe XD would be beneficial)
- You have a good understanding and experience designing in Google slides and Powerpoint
- You can demonstrate a range of creative approaches whilst working on large projects with a strong attention to detail.
- Happy in managing freelancers as well as mentoring junior members of the team.
- You are comfortable being accountable for final creative delivery
- You have an enthusiastic work ethic; strong skilled communication skills and you embrace working with people from different skills and backgrounds

- Comfortable being transparent with the team about how projects are progressing and developing
- You are passionate and knowledgeable about the design industry, culture, and the zeitgeist
- A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow your role.
