This leading creative agency is looking for a social producer/project manager to join one of its largest and most exciting accounts.
This is a key role in our London-based team working on projects for clients based in the US.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a delivery-focused project manager/producer on always-on social accounts for global clients. A solutions-based mindset, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure are all crucial.
The social producer/project manager will work closely with their Account Management, Editorial, Design and Strategy teams to manage and deliver inspiring social work across a variety of projects.
This is a fast-growth account that has scaled from three people to over 100 in just three years. It operates at the pace of a start-up, and as such it’s a role for someone who is looking for an exciting creative challenge, where no two days are the same and the possibilities are limitless.
They are looking for someone who:
● Is comfortable interrogating and articulating complex briefs; assessing risks and communicating dependencies to both internal and external stakeholders
● Has experience setting up and tracking project deliverables while mitigating and trouble-shooting risks
● Can track and report in-flight project health to both clients and creative teams,
● Has strong communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written, or visual form to a variety of audiences, from internal teams to top-tier client stakeholders
● Is comfortable working with project leads to create and govern accurate project plans, with clearly defined milestones, deliverables and tasks
● Has a wealth of social agency experience and in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all key channels, from LinkedIn to TikTok
● Can support with resourcing against specific workstreams and projects
● A practical and proficient understanding of G-Suite tools and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
● Experience delivering projects to a B2B audience is advantageous
● Understands that social is always-on, and doesn’t mind having to work slightly different/flexible hours (e.g. covering events)
