Location: Central London (hybrid, 3 days in the office: Mon, Wed, Thu)

Salary: £65,000–£75,000 (permanent)

The opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing London creative studio working with household-name global brands. Strategy, creative, social, production and film all sit under one roof, and the studio delivers big integrated campaigns with a high volume of assets.
They’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery on large, multi-channel campaigns from briefing through to launch. This is a senior delivery role for someone who’s already working at Senior PM level, not stepping up into it. The studio would ultimately like to make a permanent hire, and is happy to do so straight away for the right person. It’s also open to a 6-month FTC, or a 6-month freelance contract with a view to going perm.
What you’ll do
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns across creative, social, content, production and paid media
- Be the key link between the client and the agency team
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including copy, design, motion and production
- Spot delivery risks early and put solutions in place
- Run project status meetings and keep communication clear across all stakeholders
- Manage complex approval and governance processes across multiple markets and stakeholders
- Work closely with external partners, suppliers and production teams, particularly on high volumes of video content
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years’ project management experience in a creative, integrated, digital, social or advertising agency, and you’re already working at Senior PM level
- A track record of delivering large-scale campaigns with high asset volumes at pace, ideally at a larger agency
- Experience delivering assets against a media plan
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and project profitability
- Confidence with senior clients and leadership teams
- A calm, organised, solutions-focused approach and great attention to detail
- Producer experience is a real bonus. You won’t produce the shoots, but the studio makes a lot of video content, so being comfortable in that space will help
