You’ll own the creative direction across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn — driving the ideas, tone and craft that define how this brand shows up in people’s feeds.
What you'll be up to:
- Lead creative thinking and content output across global social channels — from bold campaigns to everyday storytelling.
- Shape and evolve a content strategy that balances engagement, growth and cultural impact.
- Oversee the creative process end-to-end: concepting, directing shoots, writing copy, and getting hands-on where needed.
- Partner with creators, editors, and designers to deliver scroll-stopping work across every format — from film and motion to GIFs and interactive.
- Champion creative excellence: content that earns attention, sparks conversation and makes a measurable impact.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, analytics and account teams to turn insights into new ideas and formats.
- Mentor junior team members and help shape the agency’s growing social capability.
Your Profile:
You’re a social-native creative who sees platforms as playgrounds, not channels. You understand how to make work that people actually want to engage with — and you’ve done it for major brands.
You combine instinct and insight. You know what stops thumbs and starts conversations.
You’re as confident in building a TikTok treatment as you are in presenting a global creative strategy.
You’re culturally tuned in, restless, and always learning — the kind of person who knows the next trend before it trends. You bring order to the chaos of content calendars, have a strong visual eye, and take pride in ideas that move people and metrics alike.
