The opportunity:
Our client is a London creative studio that's under a year old, already 20+ people strong and profitable from day one. Strategy, production, ideation and post all sit under one roof, and the work is already turning heads: a social-first video podcast series with a household-name presenter, a creator-led global health platform with views in the hundreds of millions, and always-on social for a global healthcare brand built around community rather than brand messages.
They're looking for a hands-on Social Creative Lead to lead creative on that healthcare brand, then work across the studio's wider client list as it grows. Great social doesn't start with a trend. It starts with audiences, behaviour and culture, and this role is about finding ideas people actually want to spend time with.
What you'll do:
- Lead creative development on a major global healthcare account
- Own creative responses and workstreams from brief to delivery
- Develop social-first campaign ideas, creator ideas, content platforms and always-on concepts
- Build scalable content systems and long-term platforms, not just individual assets
- Turn complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content without losing accuracy
- Write scripts, shape narratives and structure presentations yourself
- Present and sell work confidently, internally and to clients
- Lead and mentor more junior creatives, and help shape the studio's social-first offer
What you'll bring:
- Experience as a Senior Creative, Creative Lead or ACD in a social, content or integrated agency
- A portfolio of social-first work across channels and formats, with clear examples of where you were hands-on
- A strong understanding of social platforms, content ecosystems and audience behaviour
- Excellent writing, storytelling and presenting skills
- Confidence working with research and expert input
- Experience leading projects or significant workstreams
- Healthcare, tech or lifestyle experience is a bonus but not essential
Why this studio?
It was founded by people who'd spent years inside big agency networks and wanted something more agile, more ambitious and more human. Because it's young, you'll help shape the work, the team, the culture and the business itself. The best ideas win, people get real ownership, and they don't believe great work should come at the expense of wellbeing.
