This exciting independent creative agency is looking for a Social Creative Lead to help shape the next phase of its creative output across a growing portfolio of global brands.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how modern brands earn attention, build relevance and create meaningful engagement through social, content and culture.
Initially focused on a major global healthcare brand, you'll lead the development of social-first campaigns, content platforms and always-on creative programmes that move beyond trend chasing and deliver genuine audience impact.
You'll be joining a fast-growth agency environment where creative ambition, strategic thinking and content expertise sit at the heart of everything they do.
The Opportunity
• Lead creative development across a flagship global client account.
• Own projects from brief through to execution.
• Develop social-first campaign ideas, content ecosystems and long-term creative platforms.
• Create work designed for how audiences actually consume, engage with and share content.
• Present and sell ideas confidently to both internal teams and senior clients.
• Help elevate the creative standards, culture and output of a growing agency.
• Work closely with strategy, account management, production and fellow creatives to bring ideas to life.
Your Background
• Experience within a social, content, integrated or creative agency environment.
• Currently operating as a Senior Creative, Creative Lead or Associate Creative Director.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first thinking across multiple formats and channels.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Able to translate insight, research and complex subject matter into engaging creative ideas.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and content ecosystems.
• Comfortable leading creative conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Curious, collaborative and commercially aware.
