This leading integrated creative agency is looking for a social-first Designer for its fast-growing Global Tech & Thought Leadership client. The agency is responsible for creating a wide and diverse range of social-first, global, omnichannel content and creative, predominantly with US-based handles/clients.
About the role:
We are looking for a social design and trends obsessive to join the agency’s largest account in a newly formed role.
You will be working within a satellite US-based team on all things social design as well as across new and future accounts as they build out our social offering and capabilities.
- Design for social across our their largest tech accounts, along with programs across the wider agency on both existing and new accounts – including new biz.
- A keen eye and excellent attention to detail, whether designing or reviewing work
- A source of knowledge for what’s now and what’s next in social across all channels – you will be brimming with insights, and always sharing trends and ideas.
- A guidelines guardian who is comfortable pushing brands to be their best on social while understanding the importance of maintaining consistency
- A team player who is comfortable owning day-to-day direction, and setting guidelines and standards across social output (note this will include UK/ offsite team)
- Someone who seeks out proactive opportunities to develop standout creative – working with the team to pitch creative ideas that elevate our social output
NB: This is a crucial role in the NYC team.
Based on the nature of the work, applicants need to be flexible across ET and PT (client locations) and UK time zones.
This is a fast-growing account that has grown from three people to 80 in less than four years. It is a role for someone who is looking for an exciting creative challenge where no two days are the same and the possibilities are limitless.

Your experience and portfolio of work must demonstrate your ability to think social-first and deliver outstanding design across always-on and hero campaigns, on time and on budget.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 5 years experience in creating brilliant, social-first design and content
- Is an expert in Adobe Suite, including After Effects
- Has a broad body of work for global brands across a range of social platforms
- Is self-sufficient, with a strong sense of initiative. Is innately a “Swiss army knife” type
- Has experience delivering social campaigns and always-on work aimed at both B2B and consumer audiences – this should include design for events and moments
- A social native, zeitgeist driven – not searching for trends, immersed in them
- Is comfortable getting ‘in the weeds’ of briefs and guidelines
- Understands and is passionate about the worlds of tech and advertising
- Is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
What we’d also like to see:
- Experience in motion design and an ability to make motion amends & concepts
- Interest in and passion for YouTube and online video
- Close collaboration with the Creative Directors, Designers and Editorial team to bring your social design expertise to a wide range of projects across the account
- Head-turning social that is both visually strong and reflects editorial ideas in them
- A nose for a trend, whether it’s digging out the most exciting new design trends or spotting opportunities to blur the lines between social and IRL
- Experience coordinating and leading social-first shoots, including capturing vox pops and on-the-ground content at events is a plus
- A team player who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment, tight deadlines and challenging briefs with a collaborative and close-knit team
