<p>This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role, based in NYC, acting as the day-to-day lead across key US accounts. The successful candidate will own senior client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery across content, social and integrated campaigns &mdash; working closely with a UK-based creative team and global network partners</p>

<p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p>

<p>They are seeking an omnichannel Account Director who thrives at the intersection of creativity, commercial rigour and operational excellence.</p>

<p><strong>You will:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Lead day-to-day client relationships and act as the trusted strategic partner</li>
	<li>Own projects from initial brief and commercial scoping through to delivery, billing and post-campaign evaluation</li>
	<li>Confidently steer fast-moving workstreams across time zones</li>
	<li>Present and pitch content and social ideas to senior stakeholders</li>
	<li>Identify and unlock growth opportunities across accounts</li>
	<li>Ensure seamless collaboration between creative, strategy, account and project teams</li>
</ul>

<p>This role will suit someone equally comfortable discussing strategic direction, managing complex delivery, and keeping a close eye on commercial performance.</p>

<p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p>

	<li>Has delivered successful omnichannel campaigns across consumer and B2B audiences</li>
	<li>Can drive creative teams to execute dynamic, on-brief, on-budget content</li>
	<li>Has a proven track record of growing accounts and identifying incremental revenue opportunities</li>

	<li>Is highly organised and comfortable structuring complex projects across remote and international teams</li>
	<li>Is financially savvy &mdash; confident in forecasting, scoping, managing retainers and ensuring profitability</li>

	<li>Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance creative environment</li>

<p><strong>Desirable Experience:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Developing and delivering social-first campaigns and always-on social programmes</li>
	<li>Leading social shoots and content production</li>
	<li>Translating performance data and platform metrics into actionable insight</li>
	<li>Experience across events, influencer marketing and paid social models</li>
	<li>A strong interest in emerging industry trends, from AI-powered workflows to evolving creative standards</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>The Shape of the Role:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Reporting into senior leadership, with close collaboration across US and UK teams</li>
	<li>Acting as the linchpin between client and creative</li>
	<li>Managing budgets, scoping, billing and supplier invoicing</li>
	<li>Tracking resourcing and burn rates (including AI-enabled efficiency tools)</li>
	<li>Ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard</li>
