<p>This creative agency is looking for a Senior Visual Identity Designer / Art Director with strong brand design credentials to join them on a major global rebranding project.</p>

<p>This role is for someone who knows how to shape the core visual idea of a brand &mdash; and then build the system that brings it to life everywhere.</p>

<p>From defining the visual language through to building scalable brand frameworks, this person will play a key role in developing a global identity that works across campaigns, social, film, events and beyond.</p>

<p><strong>The opportunity:</strong></p>

<p>Working closely with a senior creative team, you&rsquo;ll help develop and deliver a new visual identity system for a globally recognised brand, from early concept through to rollout.</p>

<p>The project will run in two phases.</p>

<p>Phase 1 &ndash; Visual identity concept</p>

<p>You&rsquo;ll help shape the core design thinking behind the brand, exploring and developing:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Distinctive visual territories and brand worlds</li>
	<li>Typography, colour systems and graphic language</li>
	<li>Logo design and usage rules</li>
	<li>Art direction principles for image and film style</li>
	<li>Layout systems and visual storytelling frameworks</li>
</ul>

<p>This stage is about ideas as much as execution &mdash; defining the design philosophy and creative logic that will underpin the brand.</p>

<p>Phase 2 &ndash; System &amp; rollout</p>

<p>Once the identity is defined, you&rsquo;ll help translate it into a clear, scalable design system used across markets globally.</p>

<p>This includes:</p>

	<li>Developing a flexible design toolkit</li>
	<li>Creating templates and example applications</li>
	<li>Defining how the identity works across</li>
	<li>social content</li>

<p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing</strong></p>

	<li>Building out brand platforms (essence, purpose, manifesto) that actually mean something</li>
	<li>Shaping thinking that works globally, but flexes locally</li>
	<li>Partnering closely with Creative Directors and Designers to ensure strategy translates into compelling work</li>
	<li>Supporting the development of brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across touchpoints</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What they&rsquo;re looking for</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Proven experience developing brand strategy in a creative agency (or similar environment)</li>
	<li>Someone who understands how strategy fuels creative, not sits separately from it</li>
	<li>Clear, confident communicator &mdash; able to influence both internally and with clients</li>
	<li>A strategic mindset with a genuine appreciation for craft, design and detail</li>
	<li>Healthcare or complex sector experience is helpful, but not essential</li>
</ul>
