<p>An independent, fast-growth creative agency is looking for a copy-led Creative Director to help shape and deliver outstanding work across its expanding client portfolio, including global healthcare and technology brands.</p>

<p>This isn&#39;t a traditional Creative Director role.</p>

<p>They&#39;re looking for someone who has come up through the craft of writing and storytelling before progressing into creative leadership. Someone who still loves being close to the work. A senior creative who enjoys shaping ideas, refining copy, building narratives and bringing clarity to complex briefs.</p>

<p>Importantly, this role is rooted in content as much as campaigns.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate will have built their career within content-led, integrated environments rather than traditional advertising agencies alone. They&#39;ll understand how ideas need to flex across ecosystems &mdash; from campaign platforms and films to social content, thought leadership, toolkits and always-on communications.</p>

<p>They&#39;ll thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy the energy that comes with a growing business and know how to maintain high creative standards whilst juggling multiple workstreams.</p>

<p><strong>What you&#39;ll be doing:</strong></p>

<p>&bull; Leading creative development from brief through to delivery across a diverse portfolio of brands.<br>
&bull; Developing integrated ideas spanning content, social, film, digital and broader campaign activity.<br>
&bull; Writing and refining scripts, messaging frameworks, presentations and key creative narratives.<br>
&bull; Partnering with Strategy to turn insight into compelling creative solutions.<br>
&bull; Presenting and selling ideas to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.<br>
&bull; Collaborating closely with Creative, Account and Production teams to bring ideas to life.<br>
&bull; Mentoring and supporting other creatives whilst remaining actively involved in the work itself.<br>
&bull; Championing exceptional standards of craft across every output.</p>

<p><strong>What they&#39;re looking for:</strong></p>

<p>&bull; Significant experience as a copy-led Creative Director within content, integrated or creative agencies.<br>
&bull; A career that started in writing and storytelling, with a portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and exceptional craft.<br>
&bull; Strong experience developing integrated, content-rich work across multiple channels.<br>
&bull; Experience working with healthcare, technology or similarly complex global brands.<br>
&bull; Someone who is comfortable operating at pace without compromising quality.<br>
&bull; Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to influence senior clients.<br>
&bull; A collaborative, low-ego approach and genuine passion for making the work better.</p>
